Information For Prospective Buyers
Regency at Northampton is a 55+ active adult community located in beautiful and historic Bucks County. We are strategically located about an hour from Philadelphia and the Philadelphia International Airport while New York City is readily accessible by car or rail. We are close to parks, recreational areas, golf courses, tennis courts, and pickleball courts, along with historic sites and landmarks, great shopping, theatres, and cultural events.
Our property is professionally maintained including landscaping and snow removal. We are a vibrant community where everyone is treated with respect and consideration. We have a beautiful clubhouse with meeting rooms, a library, a billiards room, and a fitness center. Within the community there is an outdoor pool with a hot tub, walking trails, bocce, and horseshoe courts.
Regency is governed by our Declaration, Bylaws, and Rules and Regulations. These documents ensure our community and property values are maintained.
