All residents should check their dryer vents immediately to ensure they are not blocked by ice and/or snow. A blocked vent prevents proper airflow which can cause the dryer to overheat, creating a significant fire risk, damaging the dryer, and potentially forcing carbon monoxide back into your home.
Please be sure that your outside vent is not frozen shut or blocked by ice or snow where warm, moist air from the dryer comes into contact with the cold, outside air. (Thanks to our friend and neighbor Wendell Rich for this important reminder!)

Last day to register to vote: May 4th Last day to apply for absentee/mail-in ballot – May 12th
Primary Election Day: May 19th (Polls Are Open 7 am to 8 pm)
If you vote in person, the polling place is at the Tapestry Clubhouse, 100 Independence Dr. in Holland, PA 18966
(just a few blocks from Regency at Northampton)
Remember, THERE ARE 2 ELECTIONS EVERY YEAR! Elections in non-Presidential years are just as important! You will be electing municipal and state-wide officials who will affect our everyday lives (Governor, congressional representatives, local committee-people, etc.)
